Hello! My name is Faiza and I am a rising third year majoring in Behavioral Neuroscience and minoring in MESA studies, I am on the premed track and hope to start medical school after my bachelor's degree. On grounds, I am Vice President of the Pakistani Student Association, doing research through the school of education and human development, and working at the UVA/Encompass rehab hospital as an RNT. Along with that, I love playing any sports, listening to music, and chilling with friends! I am also always open to trying new things, which is why I wanted to be a peer teacher. It was an experience that I wanted to have especially since I enjoyed my semester in BIOL 2200 lab/lecture. I loved being able to connect with the students, help them fill in any gaps in lab, and watching them grow throughout the year. I would highly recommend being a peer teacher for anyone who enjoys BIOL 2200!
