Hi! My name is Reese Kennedy, and I am a Biology major on the pre-med track. On grounds, I am the President of the Virginia Dance Company, an RA in the BEAR Lab, a facilitator/mentor for the Young Women's Leadership Program, a member of UVA's cohort for the Youth Mental Health Corps, and a Program Director for Madison House Health and Medical Services (AAGP). In my free time, I enjoy dancing, eating good food, traveling, and watching movies/TV shows with my friends! I wanted to become a peer teacher to have the opportunity to help students learn and provide advice as they transition to college-level Biology courses; it can be hard at first, so I hoped to share study strategies I've acquired with others! I've enjoyed working with my TA/students this semester and getting more involved in the Biology community at UVA!
