Carolyn Tran
Hello! My name is Carolyn Tran, and I am a third-year biology major on the pre-dental track from Springfield, VA. In addition to serving as a peer teacher, I am actively involved in UPC’s Late Night Committee, volunteer with VISAS and America Reads, and am a member of VSA and OYFA. Outside of academics, I enjoy spending time with friends, watching movies, going to concerts, and dancing. I also love hands-on creative activities such as crocheting and doing my own nails. I applied to become a Peer Teacher because I want to help students truly connect with the material. I strive to create an engaging and supportive lab environment that builds both curiosity and confidence—especially since some of the labs are genuinely fun and exciting!
