My name is Hanna Sovinski and I am a second year from Chantilly, Virginia. I am majoring in biology and on the pre-med track, with my main interests being in immunological research. I currently work in the Michael R. Elliott lab as well as volunteer for Madison House, UVA KDSAP, and forestry club. In my free time I like to run and spend time outdoors, otherwise I spend time looking through pictures and missing my two cute cats. I was interested in becoming a peer teacher so that I could be able to help students feel excited and succeed in the course. Being able to talk with someone who took the course recently can be very helpful, so I am glad I can provide that assistance to all my students.
