My name is Emily Scott and I’m from Norfolk, VA. I am a fourth year majoring in Biology. I wanted to be a peer teacher because through BIOL 2100, I became excited about concepts in evolution and I wanted to help other students engage in these topics. I also work as an undergraduate research assistant in the Galloway lab, and in my free time I enjoy hiking. After UVA, I hope to continue to pursue research in evolution and ecology.
