Hello! My name is Gopika and I am a second year Biology major on the pre- med track. I wanted to be a peer teacher because I wanted to help other students love biology and connect it to everyday life! Besides peer teaching, I am a research assistant at the Gahlmann Lab, treasurer of CAMS at UVA, a volunteer with VISAS, and a CORE scholars' mentor. I am also a part of a Bollywood fusion dance team called Virginia ke Ashiq. In my free time, I love traveling, running, and watching movies.
