Hey! My name is Emaan Kapadia and I'm a third year Biology BS major. Currently, I'm working as an undergraduate researcher in the Parichy Lab. I'm hoping to continue onto a PhD after undergrad, with the goal to eventually pursue a career as a mad scientist. Outside of school, I love hanging out with my friends, along with escaping into any fantasy book world. I love any and all outdoor activities, and I'm always down to go on a spontaneous adventure. 

I became a peer teacher because I wanted to help students fall in love with biology the same way I did. The enthusiasm and encouragement of my own peer teachers played a large part in my own confidence, and I hope to have been a similar presence for my own students.
