Hi there! My name is Mariam and I am from Northern Virginia. I am a second year majoring in neuroscience with a minor in Spanish. Post-graduation, I will attend medical school and become a physician. I am a research assistant in the Sperling Lab investigating Alzheimer's disease. Some organizations I am involved with are Remote Area Medical, Gift of Life, and Sin Barreras. In my free time, I enjoy baking, reading, hiking, and exploring Charlottesville with my friends.
