My name is Osaretin and I’m from Virginia Beach, VA. I'm a second-year planning on double majoring in Neuroscience (BA) and Biology (BS). In the future, I hope to attend dental school to obtain a DDS/PhD. I’m also an undergraduate researcher at Eyo Lab, where I am currently studying capillary-associated microglia regulation of vascular structure and function within an “inflammatory milieu” in the brain proper.

I applied to be a Peer Teacher because I wanted to share my love for biology with other students and grow my passion for teaching the subject. Outside of science, I enjoy cooking, gardening, neo-soul, R&B, learning languages, and trying new foods with my friends.
