Join other professional artists for a 2-week residency at Mountain Lake Biological Station on a mountaintop in the southern Appalachians of Virginia.
Six nationally and globally recruited artists, along with six art students from the University of Virginia, join a vibrant and supportive community of biologists and students in a joint quest to explore the natural world. Artists are provided free housing and shared studio space. They pay only dining fees.
