My name is Akosua Odei and I am a second year majoring in Biology. I plan on attending medical school after my undergraduate years. I became a peer teacher primarily because of my inherent desire to share my love for Biology with others, and to encourage students to strive for success in the course. Besides my involvement in the peer teaching program, I am involved  in undergraduate research through the pharmacology department in the medical school. I also serve as a Resident Advisor in the first year dorms, and volunteer at the Hospital through Madison House.
