Hi everyone! My name is Lani Nguyen and I am majoring in Biology with a minor in Social Entrepreneurship. After graduation, I plan to go to medical school and eventually become a pediatrician. Outside of peer teaching, I serve as Director of Development for Madison House's The BIG Event and Treasurer for the Vietnamese Student Association at UVA. In my free time, I enjoy cooking/baking, volunteering, and hanging out with my friends. I wanted to become a peer teacher for BIOL 2200 because I really enjoyed the content for this course, but I also wanted to help students I work with discover what their interests and passions are as I did in this class!
