Michelle Launi

My name is Michelle Launi! I am a third-year from the suburbs of Chicago. I am double majoring in Biology and Environmental Science and minoring in Health and Wellbeing. I wanted to be a peer teacher because I loved BIOL 2200 lab when I was a first-year and wanted to provide other students with a positive introduction to science in college. In addition to Peer Teaching, I also work in the greenhouse behind Gilmer hall, volunteer in the Epstein lab in the Environmental Science department, and volunteer at the Women’s Center. In quarantine, I'm currently practicing my indoor gardening skills since it's still cold in Chicago!
