My name is Ravdeep and I am a third year majoring in Cognitive Science and Biostatistics, with a plan on going to medical school. I am involved in undergraduate neuroscience research and enjoy eating, working out, traveling, and dancing in my free time. I became a Peer Teacher because my peer teachers had shaped my intro biology lab experience a lot and I wanted to be able to do the same for students taking labs for the first time, while also refreshing and expanding my own knowledge as well. I realized that a lot of basic lab techniques taught in bio labs are extended to research labs as well and I think it is exciting to be able to foster an understanding and passion for hands-on science!
