Upper-Level Biology Lab Coordinator and preparator Kay Christopher has won a Leonard W. Sandridge Outstanding Contribution Award for 2019! The Sandridge Awards are the highest honors the University gives to its employees. Each year, five employees from the Academic Division, five from the Medical Center and one from UVA’s College at Wise are selected from nominations made by their colleagues. This honor includes a $1000.00 monetary award, an invitation to the annual Recognitions and Rewards ceremony and banquet, and a luncheon with the Board of Visitors. Congratulations, Kay!!
