I’m a second year biology major on the pre-med track from Springfield, VA. I’m planning on taking a gap year after my undergraduate career to apply to medical school. I decided to become a Peer Teacher because I wanted to help first years and other students navigate the course so that they could enjoy the lab more thoroughly! Other than being a peer teacher, I am also the membership chair for the Organization of Young Filipino Americans (OYFA) and volunteer at a research lab in the Pharmacology department.
