Hey guys, my name is Miaraha Humayun and I'm a third year biology major. UVA has provided me a great deal of opportunities to explore my interests like traveling, running, and research. My plans include becoming a doctor and hopefully doing something equivalent to doctors without borders. That way I can give back the most and still do what I love. Overall, I became a peer teacher to help lab not seem as scary and ambiguous as it may seem at times. It's all about coming in, having fun, discussing biology, and seeing how science can be approached.
