Destin Shortell awarded first place at Neuroscience poster competition

Destin Shortell, a Biology undergraduate student, was awarded first place in the undergraduate poster competition at this year’s Central Virginia Chapter, Society for Neuroscience Annual Meeting.  Held at the Virginia Tech Carilion Research Institute, posters were submitted from students across various academic institutions across the state, including the College of William and Mary, James Madison University, Washington and Lee, Virginia Tech, the University of Richmond, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Roanoke College.  Check out her poster here!
